The studio
Not an agency with layers. An operator with a system.
GRIDZ is the studio of Pavel Bekhtin.
For the past ten years, I've built content systems for businesses where trust matters before the sale — law firms, education companies, consumer brands, and considered products.
The systems behind the case studies on this site were built hands-on. The person you speak with is the person doing the strategy.
No account managers. No junior team learning your business. No layers between the brief and the work.
How we work
Four principles, no exceptions.
We use metrics we can verify and explain. If a result is strong, we show it. If it isn't, we don't dress it up with a percentage. You'll get the same approach with your own reporting: clear numbers, clear context, no inflated claims.
For trust-based businesses, long-form content does something short-form usually can't: it answers real questions in depth and keeps getting discovered over time. YouTube, search, articles, and AI discovery all benefit from having strong source content behind them.
Your time is the most limited part of the system. So we build around one focused recording session and turn it into long-form video, shorts, articles, social content, email, and other formats. One input. Multiple outputs.
Law, education, professional services, real estate, considered products. If your customer needs to understand the offer before they buy, content is part of the sales process. Our job is to make that process clearer.
Where the system came from
Ten years of building content that keeps working.
Studied cinematography and worked across commercial, branded, and B2B production. The focus was simple: make good work, make it consistently, and deliver it properly.
Helped build a content system that grew to 130K subscribers and more than 100M views across platforms. Short-form created reach. Long-form helped people understand the product. At the same time, I built and ran a production studio serving more than 10 clients.
Led a five-person content team in education marketing. Built a repurposing system where one source piece could feed video, articles, social, and other formats without every channel starting from scratch.
Built the AmLaw content system around one monthly recording session, growing watch time roughly 10× in a year. GRIDZ takes that same operating model and applies it to other expert-led businesses.
Our clients tend to be careful buyers.
Lawyers. Educators. Founders. Operators.
They check the numbers, ask how the system works, and want to know what they're actually paying for. That works for us.
Every number we publish is one we're prepared to explain.
Work with the operator, not the org chart.
One strategy call.
In 30 minutes, you'll know whether the system fits your business.
And if it doesn't, you'll still leave with a clearer idea of what your content setup should look like.
