Monplaisir Peredelkino — Luxury residential development, Moscow

An exceptional property.
A sales story hidden inside plans and specifications.

Monplaisir Peredelkino is a private collection of 20 contemporary country homes: 15 residences in Monplaisir Peredelkino and five in the Skolkovo collection, seven kilometres from Moscow. The product already had the ingredients of a compelling offer: privacy, mature woodland, substantial homes, and a developer with more than twenty years of experience. What it lacked was one clear narrative that could carry a buyer from first impression to a confident enquiry.

GRIDZ turned the project into a premium sales system: a concise 20-slide presentation, a defined visual language, a structured property comparison, cleaned plans and masterplan assets, and a new set of architectural lifestyle images designed around the way high-consideration property is actually evaluated.

One system, built for the real business

Twenty homes. One guided conversation.

The narrative moves from emotion to evidence — from the promise of forest privacy through location, architecture, and daily living to specifications, plans, and the path to enquiry. Each slide has a distinct job, but all of them feel like parts of the same property story.

01
The situation

A premium development presented as disconnected information.

The source material contained everything a buyer needed, but not in the order a buyer needed it. Location facts, house specifications, floor plans, the masterplan, purchase terms, and developer credentials behaved like separate documents. Repeated exterior renders made the experience feel narrower than the actual proposition, while dense technical pages asked the audience to work too hard to understand the difference between available homes.

For a high-value property, that gap matters. Buyers are not only comparing square metres. They are deciding whether the place feels private, credible, convenient, and complete — and whether the developer has anticipated the questions that come before a viewing.
02
The strategy

We rebuilt the deck around the buyer's sequence of decisions.

The narrative moves from emotion to evidence. It begins with the promise — forest privacy within reach of the city — then establishes location, environment, architecture, and everyday living before introducing specifications, available houses, plans, the masterplan, purchase terms, and developer proof.

That order turns the presentation from a catalogue into a guided sales conversation:

1. Why this place?2. Why this development?3. What does daily life feel like?4. Which house fits?5. What happens next?
The central positioning, "Nature and technology in one rhythm," connects the old-dacha character of Peredelkino with the project's proximity to Skolkovo. It gives the development a contemporary point of view without discarding the quiet, established character buyers are paying for.
03
The visual system

Editorial restraint for a product that does not need to shout.

Deep forest green, warm limestone, muted gold, and a high-contrast serif create a premium editorial tone. Wide margins, disciplined grids, small uppercase labels, and a restrained use of rules and numbering make the material easy to scan without making it feel commercial or generic.

The system flexes across atmospheric opening pages, specification grids, house comparisons, floor plans, the masterplan, purchase steps, and the final enquiry page. Each format has a distinct job, but all of them feel like parts of the same property story.
04
Architectural storytelling

We expanded the visual world beyond the façade.

A residential decision is lived from the inside out, so the image system needed more than repeated building elevations. New scenes show the arrival through mature woodland, the living interior, the private veranda, and the enclave in its forest context. Day, evening, and blue-hour versions create rhythm while keeping materials, architecture, landscaping, and light believable.

The images were art-directed to leave intentional space for copy and to support specific moments in the narrative. They are not decoration added after the layout; they are part of the information architecture.
05
Product clarity

Four available homes became easy to compare without flattening their differences.

The sales section brings house area, plot size, bedrooms, bathrooms, terraces, garages, and special features into a consistent hierarchy. Individual plan pages retain the precision required for a serious purchase while removing visual noise around the information.

The masterplans were treated as decision tools rather than technical appendices. They show how the 15 Monplaisir Peredelkino homes and five Skolkovo residences relate within their respective collections, giving buyers a clearer sense of privacy, access, orientation, and availability.
06
What changed

From a collection of assets to a sales experience with momentum.

Monplaisir Peredelkino now has a presentation that can open a conversation, guide it, and close it. The development's emotional value and practical proof no longer compete. Location supports lifestyle; architecture supports privacy; specifications support choice; and the final steps make the path to an enquiry explicit.

Most importantly, the system is reusable. New availability, updated terms, or another sales phase can be introduced without rebuilding the story from scratch.

A luxury sales deck should not make the buyer assemble the value themselves. It should make every part of the decision feel considered.
